Leap Psychological Services offer face-to-face and online psychological and life coaching services. Dr. Dharshi Chelvendra, Founder and Counselling Psychologist at Leap Psychological Services, has considerable experience working with adults (age 16+) with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, mental and physical abuse, loss, self-esteem, grief, life transitions and relationship difficulties. She also works with concerns resulting from relocation/migration and existential and spiritual related issues.
Dharshi works collaboratively, customising her therapeutic approaches to suit her clients’ needs, preferences and philosophies. Therapeutic approaches offered include Person-Centred and Experiential Approaches, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and skills in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy. Dharshi has a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) in the United Kingdom.
