Elliot spent years addicted to heroin and crack cocaine and served time in various prisons across London and the South East of England. During his time in prison, he gained a mentoring qualification and he is currently training to work with people who experience addiction within community. Elliot has been clean for over two and a half years now and co-runs the popular instagram account @bluebaglife with his partner Lisa.
Together, they tell a story of great adversity and triumph. Their page also provides a platform for others to connect and share their stories in a safe, judgement free space. Elliot is a published author, workshop facilitator, and public speaker. He is available for public speaking engagements and spends much of his time touring the UK to deliver workshops in schools covering subjects such as: mental health, gangs, drugs, and knife crime.
